1. Use of the Service

ClinicReferralHQ provides a referral management platform that allows authorized users to send, receive, track, and manage referral-related workflows between clinics, referral partners, and other authorized organizations.

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these Terms, applicable agreements, and your organization’s policies.

2. Authorized Users

You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users access your organization’s account. You must keep login credentials confidential and promptly notify ClinicReferralHQ of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Healthcare and Privacy Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any referral, patient, or medical information submitted through the platform is shared with proper authorization and in compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws, organizational policies, and patient consent requirements.

ClinicReferralHQ does not provide legal, medical, billing, compliance, or clinical advice.

4. Business Associate Agreement

If required by applicable law or by your organization’s use of the platform, use of ClinicReferralHQ may be subject to a Business Associate Agreement or other written agreement between the parties.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to violate laws, access information without authorization, interfere with platform security, upload malicious content, misuse referral information, share login credentials, or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.

6. Data and Content

You retain responsibility for the information you submit to the platform. By submitting information, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit and use that information through ClinicReferralHQ.

7. Security

ClinicReferralHQ uses security measures intended to protect the platform and the information stored in it. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users must use the platform responsibly.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, billing terms, trials, renewals, and subscription rules may be presented separately during checkout or in a written agreement. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for nonpayment or misuse.

9. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to ClinicReferralHQ, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, modified, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicReferralHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
